Oh One Of My Favorites – Outback Steakhouse Menu

What’s on the menu for tonight? Ah, the same as every other night. Doesn’t a fresh salad, a juicy steak and hot and steamy baked potato with everything on it sound really good? It sure does; let’s go out and see what’s on the Outback Steakhouse menu for tonight!

The Outback Steakhouse is a restaurant that has been around for over 20 years and has offered its customers quality food at a great price the entire time. The environment is relaxing and decorated with an Australian theme. Some of the names of the items on the menu even reference the Outback. Although the food is not traditional Australian foods, the items on the menu may differ depending upon your location.

Without further ado, let’s review some of the items on the Outback Steakhouse menu. If you’re not hungry now, you will be done when you get done reading this article. Maybe even before then if it’s been awhile since you had lunch. Keep in mind that you can always order ahead and pick up your order at their curbside take-away on your way home.

outback-menu-bread-picIf you haven’t ever eaten at the Outback before, you are missing out! You start of by getting a refreshing beverage (non-alcoholic and alcoholic) and are also served with their yummy brown bread that is slightly warm. It comes with whipped butter; it’s so good and it doesn’t even taste like bread! This isn’t on the Outback Steakhouse menu, it is served automatically.

Do you want an aussie-tizer? You can choose from Alice Springs Chicken Quesadillas that has sautéed mushrooms, bacon and their famous honey mustard sauce. Or you can order their famous Bloomin’ Onion; if you have never had one, order one! It comes with their signature sauce and it is so delicious! There are others to choose from like Coconut Shrimp or Mediterranean Chicken Flatbread with grilled chicken, creamy goat cheese, peppers and roasted garlic. Of course, there are soups and salads too.

Now on to the main course; are you in the mood for ribs, chicken, pork, salmon, Ahi Tuna, Mahi, lobster, crab or just a big thick juicy steak? Many of the items you can combine and make an even more awesome meal such as steak and lobster or shrimp, ribs and chicken. If you just can’t make up your mind, you can settle for a plain old hamburger like the Bloomin’ Burger that has, you guessed it, Bloomin’ Onion petals on it or a Filet Focaccia Sandwich that has Provolone cheese, garlic herb aioli and served with au jus.

There are about 10 sides available and some will vary upon the season; the Outback Steakhouse menu specifically states fresh Outback-Steakhouse-Appetizer-Bloomin-Onion-picgreens. You have the basics like a hot baked potato or mixed vegetables or you can try their Aussie Fries, sweet potato with honey butter and brown sugar or grilled asparagus. If you are still hungry after eating all this, you can move on to the desserts.

There aren’t too many options to choose from but the options that you do get to choose from are full of sweet goodness like chocolate. There is the Sweet Adventure Sampler Trio, Chocolate Thunder From Down Under or the classic cheesecake. By the time your dessert has arrived, you are so full so it’s nice to share with a friend.

The Outback Steakhouse menu is full of flavor that will tempt anyone’s taste buds. Almost everything on the menu can be ordered online and picked up usually in about 20 minutes after your order is placed. A relaxing environment, good service and a great menu all at the Outback Steakhouse.
